Don’t Toss Your Leggings!
2006 was all about leggings and skinny leg pants, but it looks like they’re going to be sticking around for 2007 too (at least spring anyway). This revived 80s style has been seen on everyone from Nicole Richie to the girl next door. And in the Spring 2007 collections, everyone from classic Michael Kors to Project Runway’s first winner Jay MCcarroll to smaller designers like Life and Death have shown some version of the legging or skinny jean. The best part is black is the most common color for both leggings and skinny leg pants, and we all know what that means.

Leggings are my new favorite pants. Some hints on wearing them:
- Don’t wear them with a shirt that hits you at the waist, shirts should be at least thigh length
- Wear leggings at the length that makes your legs look longest, if you have shorter legs go for leggings that stop higher up the leg
- Black is always classic and will go with almost anything
- Lastly: cropped pants (leggings) + high heels = LONG LEGS!!!
