Words of Wisdom from Valentino Garavani
Valentino offers the New York ladies a few words of wisdom. What are they? “Stop flitting around the room like some spastic social butterfly during dinner. Its impolite!” Actually, as funny as that would have been, this is what he told Domino magazine recently, “I notice that young ladies in New York tend to move around the room more, oftentimes before the second course has been served. I do not approve of this and believe in staying seated from first course to dessert.” Goodness me, is he a stickler for manners.
Note to self, don’t put elbows on table when dining with Big-V, and refrain from calling him “Big-V” (Mr. Garavani perhaps?).
