I mean, what does the colorblock minidress have to do with the double-layer chiffony dress or the high-waisted trousers with preppy ruffle top? Um, nothing. Target, I love you and always spend about 3 times as much money as I plan to when I shop at your stores...but you're not wowing me here. With the bubble dresses and skinny-jeans-plus-vest combos thrown in there, it's seeming VERY outdated. Pshaw!
