Leia:
My mom has really big boobs and she always looks fabulous, so I agree that can have large breasts and still look amazing.

WendyB:
I sort of agree, I think they were really stretching for a story, and boobs are always shocking.

lori denae:
I love Jill Scott, she has a great voice, and it's always nice when public figures show you can be curvaceous and fashionable at the same time

E.Jay:
I'm not casting director or model agent, but I think if you pound hard enough, you're bound to break down the door. And, I guess if all else fails, you can become an actress because I'm sure you have more talent than a lot of the new actress out now ;)

Wow, I just came across this, and I have to say it is a little disheartening. I am an aspiring(ish) model but I have DD breasts. Aside from my breasts, my proportions are similar (about an inch off) to Gisele Bundchen's and Jessica Stam's. I have to applaud designers like Shoshanna who make things for larger busted women, and even may have them in shows, but in all honesty I wonder if I could break into the industry with big breasts. Ironically most people in the entertainment industry end up getting big breasts...go figure!

I'm so glad you posted this, I'm not a girl lucky to know what it is like to have much of a jiggle...but I do know that this article is silly. I went to see Jill Scott last week in concert and her cups were running over in the dress she had on...I remember thinking how she looked fierce and I was so glad she wasn't afraid to show her curves!

That article is just silly. One of those made-up "trend" pieces with nothing to support it (ha! no pun intended) than a few comments people have made to the author and a line in a magazine.

Woah there. As a 36D, I take pride in my boobs. That's not to say I put 'em out for everyone to see, but I'm certainly not afraid to hide them. Frankly I think this article is just incredibly ridiculous. Because I have big boobs I can't be in style? That's stupid. My friend and I are all big busted and we never let our "lady friends" get in the way us looking good. The key is to always work with what ya got.

AHAHAHA! Yup! I love my headband! I was on the elevator with a bunch of people. from my class. I only half pay attention when I walk around campus, so people are always like, "You didn't say hi to me" and I always have to apologize.

I really hope the Fashion Industry isn't shunning big boobies (giggles). I mean I'm not a part of the big bust community, but telling women to minimize their boobs is a gateway to a WHOLE new issue women will pick at on their body. Psshhtt that article is poop.

P.S Was that you in the elevator in Dempster? You were wearing a headbad--a look that I can't pull off, even if I tried.
