I saw a lot of kimonos at Ross while I was doing my Christmas shopping. I was trying not to buy for myself, but I love a kimono in bed in place of a bathrobe. So sexy!

I know, it's crazy! Right after I posted this, the whole ruining and throwing away clothes thing came out. It's interesting because, having never worked in retail, I don't think about what happens to the unsold clothes. I know I see a lot of it at Goodwill and everything. Not only that, put I find it really intriguing how Twitter truly brought the problem to the for front by spreading the initial article from Racked like wild fire, and in turn, H&M's PR team released a statement on Twitter and Facebook. I love seeing how social networking is changing the landscape of public relations— being a PR major and all.
